We will visit your site, assess the problems and work out the practical solutions with you and provide you with a cost. We will then contact the officer in question and go through the measures we would take to meet the site requirements.
• Usually, when the PCB knows you have taken someone on board to take care of your problem they will back off until manufacture and installation has taken place to see the effect of the solution.

We visit site to prepare proposals at no cost to customer:

• If you simply require budgetary costs then we can do this from drawings and photographs
• However, if you have serious and urgent problems we would attend site, measure up and provide engineering solutions at no cost to the customer
